Wedding venue rates
We compare publicly available wedding package information and established Singapore wedding references for Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner sessions. Where a venue publishes its own current package, that is the preferred reference.
For the September 2026 review, rates were checked against current 2026 Singapore wedding package references, including SingaporeBrides and MoneySmart. Rates can still change after publication, particularly when venues introduce new menus or promotions.
From table price to per-guest estimate
Wedding packages may be quoted per table or per guest, and some are listed before service charge and GST. Where needed, we convert table prices to an approximate per-person figure and account for “++” charges so that venues can be compared more fairly.
Why some rates are ranges
Hotels and restaurants often have several menus, ballrooms and package tiers. If relevant pricing spans $240 to $280 per guest, we keep that range rather than presenting $260 as though it were the venue's one official rate.
How the calculator works
The calculator starts with the selected venue and wedding session, then allows a modest adjustment for how close you are to the couple. This is only a practical guide. It does not know the couple's actual bill and it should not override your own budget.
What we do not calculate
We do not attempt to estimate the couple's negotiated discount, alcohol bill, décor spend or every optional wedding upgrade. Nor do we assume guests are required to reimburse those costs. Venue pricing is simply one useful reference point alongside relationship, culture and personal circumstances.
Non-wedding ang baos
Chinese New Year, baby celebrations, housewarmings, funerals and business openings are different from wedding banquets. Those guides focus more heavily on relationship, family custom and Singapore context rather than a cost-per-seat calculation.
Updates and corrections
Venue rates display a review date. If you spot an outdated figure, use the contact page and include the venue, event year and a public package link where possible so the information can be checked.
